Youtube channel terminated, need advice

Hi, this is the only forum where people appear to be talking about this, but my YouTube account got terminated, it was my fault.

I just wanna know if I'll ever be able to have another account to watch videos on. I don't need to post videos, I just wanna be able to subscribe to YouTube premium and like have playlists and stuff.

Am I permanently fucked?

If you just want to watch videos, there is no problem...you can create another account using another email, another phone number and you should be good to go
 
Okay but I use YouTube premium with the family plan, is there any risk if my wife signs up and adds the new account to her premium do you think?
 
Yeah, I was streaming privately unlisted, I do it to just have records, and I had the wrong scene on and accidentally showed some NSFW reddit on my desktop, and then it got removed. so it was sex and nudity (It was not sex I don't think just nudity but enough to not get a strike and a straight removal. Appeal just failed.


Honestly I'm sad to lose everything, but if I can have a new account I honestly don't need to upload videos. I'll just buy a hard drive and record locally if I need, and I can stream to twitch if I really want.

I just don't want to have my wifes account get banned, or a new account get banned, or like any downstream impacts like my entire google account banned.
 
If it was just a subscription, why was the account deleted?
Maybe registering a new account is a solution
 
If you're not streaming again or posting any videos there shouldn't be any issue with opening a new account.
 
If you believe that your channel / account was mistakenly terminated, you can appeal using form. Hope this helps.
 
Open a new account, I don't think you are permanently banned from Google services
 
Create a new Google account to use for Youtube. If your wife creates a YouTube Premium account and adds your new account to the family plan, there shouldn’t be an issue.
 
You can create another google account but not sure if you will be able to access youtube, as far as I understand some feature will be locked or restricted and depending on the ban could be a simple account ban or a life time ban they should specify this in the email they sent you.
 
fact - i have internal contacts in youtube to remove any copyright strikes on any video(original or copyrighted by others) from any company(big or small).
