Looking to get a video editor and script writer on board for a new channel. Channel type is list/interesting topics. Revenue will be evenly split 3 ways. I voice the video, you write the script, someone else edits the video.
I already have an Adsense account, I will have the channel monetized shortly after starting. Marketing/SEO will be done by me. We will start by creating 7-10 videos so we have content to be scheduled everyday, and will create a minimum of one video per day after that.
Target content length is 3:30-5:00, mainly being on the lower end of that. It should be very rare that a video gets close to 5 minutes. Videos should have a transition, text, or something changing on the screen every 2 seconds for the first 10-15 seconds of the video, and every 3-4 seconds after that.
