there is famous book publishing house in INDIA
they tried to copyright . trademark name but could not make it
I want to use name,but totally diffrent content
just to make reputation of their name
will youtube handle complaint of same name?
they will not go to indian court for sure

Please explain the situation more clearly. It is hard to understand the matter from this description.

I just want to same name for channel as a book publishing house but totally diff content
can youtube take action if they report?
they cant take alternate path and legal dispute
 
I opened a channel about FC Barcelona news, with shorts with an avatar talking about the football team and they report me because the name and logo was too similar to the club oficial channel

Youtube banned me the channel and the email account

You'll be fine) no one really cares. You can use the same name as long as your content is different!
 
Explain the situation a little more. Are you just using someone else's name as your channel name, or are you uploading that person's content?
 
I feel like it’s mostly safe if your videos are original and not copying them, but YouTube could still get a complaint.
 
Even with different content, platforms like youtube can flag it for trademark or impersonation issues if users report it. They dont need a court case to issue strikes remove your channel.
 
I also see many people try to use famous names but completely different content, YouTube usually does not automatically block. However, if the brand owner reports impersonation, the channel is still at risk of being struck. So if you want to be safe, editing the name a little is still better

Do not get in this legal battle. How do you know they will not go to court ?
 
Using a big publisher’s name can still get you flagged on YouTube even if the content is different.
 
You can use the same name if your content is clearly different and not infringing copyright/trademark. YouTube may still receive claims, but as long as your content is original and not misleading, most complaints won’t succeed. Always add disclaimers to avoid confusion.
