Also should I remove all those shorts from channel?But you need to wait some time after removing the shorts, rather than throwing in a monetization application right away. Some say that you have to wait 30-35 days for moderation not to take deleted videos into account, some say that deleted videos do not affect the result and you can apply immediately after deletion.
