YouTube Channel - info needed

I plan on developing a blog about a sport, lets say snowboarding.
Blog will be posting a lot of Videos, new tricks, broken records ...

So we will register a youtube channel.

Are we allowed to use other peoples videos, and brand them with our intro/outro, like snowboarding-blogTV crash bum bang ... video goes ... snowboarding-blogTV crash bum bang.

blog/Domain will be held by a legal company in legal country.

Can I be sued for this?
Do I need to put a disclaimer that video is not ours?
What about if I put music in video, can I do that?

if you taking videos that arent your own then you are violated someone copyrights. and whenever they want they can file a copyright complaint thru youtube on your channel and youtube will take down the video and give you a copyright strike and all the penalties that come with that

and if you're looking to make money out of adsense the unique side of the content is also a prob
