Hey guys, I just started a youtube channel, and I obviously its super hard to just blow up out of nowhere on youtube, so I bought a couple views / comments / likes I think it was $40 for like 2,000 views, 25 comments, and 25 likes. After I did this I thought ok if my video gets more views, people will want to come to my channel more, I think I also bought a few subs, around 500 or so. Either way these are empty subscribers, so really it doesn't help me at all in the long run. Now I have seen many people on on this site saying they got 200,000 views and got on the front page and promoted their channel that way, the site I use charges like 600$ for 250,000 views, and that I can't spend on a chance of maybe getting on the front page. I was seeing if anyone has a advice on how to promote a video/ channel properly? I know all these 1,000,000 subscriber people didn't just start by doing nothing, unless they are reallly lucky? Anyone have any advice?

What I can tell you is $600 for 250,000 views is a joke. You can get much much more for that price. I could do 2,000,000 views for the same price. Anyways, the best way to approach this would be boost your videos to rank them for your keywords and then you will gain natural views.
Alright so I have a question, I have heard that views don't matter anymore though it's all about the comments / Likes or something? I just want to know what I can do to get people to view my channel? I am willing to invest a good amount of money, but from what I hear I just don't know where to do it. I mean the oldest saying goes to make money you need to spend money 
, but like I said with youtube I am so new, and I don't know the tricks and trades of it, so if one of you could point me in the right way, or educate me on what I should and shouldn't be buying to make my channel something worthy of a click?
