I recently got a youtube account deleted for spam/scam etc total bs i have an adsense account from a different email address that was linked to this channel. Do you think im safe to link a new youtube channel to the adsense account even though it is linked to my deleted youtube channel under a different email address? My second option is getting a friend to setup an adsense account under my LLC( (im thinking of changing the business address to his address)) but it looks like they might ask him for his SSN since i have a single member llc and for some reason you can't use your EIN they need a SSN. I wouldn't want him to owe taxes even though I can pay it. Any thoughts on what I should do? If I can use his name and address to setup my LLC under my EIN for adsense I should be fine but I heard this might be an issue.

You can create a new AdSense account with a different email, but make sure to follow all policies carefully to avoid future issues.

Your best option is to use your existing, active AdSense account for your new channel, ensuring you comply with all policies and avoid repeating past violations. If you want to use your LLC, be prepared to provide your SSN unless you have a multi-member LLC or have elected corporate taxation. Avoid involving friends’ identities to prevent legal and tax complications

Whats the best way to create another adsense? I cant use my name, should I use my LLC under my friends name. Can I do that without my friend being taxed the income?

ok so even though my active adsense account is linked to my deleted youtube channel (under a different email address) I will have no issues linking a new youtube channel to it?

Setting a new one under LLC is a better option.

Linking a new YouTube channel to an existing AdSense account that was tied to a terminated channel is risky. Even if it’s a different email, Google often tracks behavioral and technical fingerprints, IP, device, browser setup, and might flag the new channel.
Your best bet is to fully isolate the new setup with a clean environment: new browser profile, anti-detect setup, and ideally a fresh IP, a trusted mobile proxy works great here to avoid recycled residential ranges.
Regarding using your friend’s SSN for a new LLC-based AdSense: yes, Google may require SSN for verification even if you have an EIN, especially if it’s a single-member LLC. If you can legally use your own EIN and it passes their verification, that’s the cleanest route. Avoid involving a friend unless absolutely necessary, once flagged, it’s harder to appeal.

If you link it on someone else's computer without proper isolation, Google can still detect behavioral and technical fingerprints, like browser, IP or device history. It's safer to use a fresh browser profile with a clean setup, a mobile proxy, and ideally a new IP. Just using someone else's PC won’t be enough and could risk flagging the account.

Regarding the issue of linking adsense accounts, you need to note that google has a system that carefully checks previously banned accounts, so reusing an adsense account from an old channel is risky

YouTube and AdSense are technically separate, so linking a new channel should work — just make sure the new content complies with YouTube’s policies to avoid future issues. Keep everything clean and avoid linking back to the deleted channel
