Anyone who say you "may" "might" get banned/paid doesn't know what they are talking about. There are a lot of personal "opinions" touted as "fact" on BHW.. i have come to conclude this in my short time here.
I have over a dozen channels.. And i upload misleading thumbnails, clickbait & copyrighted material daily. You got unlucky and went into a well monitored niche..which was your mistake.. next time don't go into niches where they make billions of dollars a year and have teams of people who hand out strikes to people like you for uploading their stuff.. target proper niche.
