Youtube Changed Algorithm - No more bot views?

I read somewhere that bot and mobile views(these that most fiverr and seoclerks sellers provide) are not anymore counted cause youtube changed it's algorithm.

Has anyone else experience this problem?

4 days ago i ordered yt views from a seoclerks provider.
Yesterday he requested for a mutual cancellation of the order saying
they are experiencing some troubles from youtube.

May there should be some change.?
