YouTube Brand channel, problem

Does anyone know why we can no longer create Brand YouTube channels? I am Italian and here in Italy for a few weeks we have not been able to create Brand YouTube channels.

YouTube changed the interface a bit, but you still can create Brand channels. My Partner Manager told me how to do it. Contact yours and they will tell you.

Have you tried clearing your cache, switching to a different browser, or using a VPN to see if it works? Sometimes these issues are linked to IP restrictions. If it’s a wider issue, YouTube might be rolling out new updates or features that could affect certain regions.
