You mean a piece of software that you input a YT video link & it automatically:
- downloads video
- mirrors video (flips it to prevent copyright system detecting it)
- changes audio pitch (prevent sound copyright detection)
- outputs new file
Hard part would be figuring out how to edit the video so copyright detection doesnt work, but it isnt horrible to watch. Everything else is straight forward to do.
try mass video blaster pro tools, they have option to auto download and upload, also they have a nice spin tool that allow you to spin any video and make it unique, but don't under estimate YouTube copyright detection

Pretty much this. Mass video pro tools was what most rippers were using to remake laugh challenges and vine compilations, back when it was more popular.
Still with using those softwares you got a few content ID's but nothing too troubling. If your in the editor, remember to add "sharpness" to your video. I use sony vegas and combining pitch alternations, with video resizing and sharpened images, got rid of most copyright detection.
