Let me explain pitfalls in such bots.
1) Lots of proxies are already banned
2) YouTube got smarter nowadays with advancement in algorithms
3) As soon as they sniff something going wrong they put various kinds of locks on the account.

Doesn't mean it is not possible to have a bot that they can not detect.
There is a loophole through everything, You just need the time and dedication to find one.

How does what work? The YouTube comment rater?
You load a list of PVA accounts, List of working paid proxies, Link to video which the comment is on and username of the account used to comment. Amount of accounts loaded is the amount of likes you will get.
So far i have not acquired such a bot.
