I'd try some of the mid tier residential providers. There are a lot of cheap providers with very subpar proxies

I tried two bot with rdp of 32 gb and 12 core + ssd nvme .. waste of time .. use good panel better

This thread was from earlier this year, man. Well to anyone else coming around, mobile proxies will give you residential IPs which can also be rotated. Some even provide API integration and unlimited data if you know where to look. Really useful for Youtube.

You'll probably want to use rotating mobile or residential proxies for this use case. With YouTube being a video platform though you'll quickly run into data issues on plans that don't have unlimited bandwidth.
You should be able to easily find some providers that meet these requirements on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Find some offering proxies in the country you're after, take out some free trials, do some testing and see what works best for your needs!
