YouTube boost video? How they do it?

Hi Guys. I often see video which gather many viewings in 1-2 hours, these videos from children's channels, like that:
youtube. com/watch?v=I7QGAbDUP6c
This video was loaded about 17 hours ago and already has 18 thousand viewings!!! on absolutely empty channel (new)
I looked, this video has many mentions in Google on the YouTube video archives and sites with Wordress (some with https)


How it helps promotion of video? and also there are a lot more examples where videos were published on a set of other YouTube videoarchives...
How it can be realized? That videos added to archives?

He is pumping views from either a service provider or from his own private proxy network.

yes he is using some service to boost the views and keeping the video unlisted at the time of upload for a day or so...and when they made it public video straigt away it jump to the first page in YT results with so many views in very less time.
