I am not an expert. But I believe that just as we have authority sites we have authority channel. So some channel based on metrics will rank a video better than another channel. Channel age is one of the factors. Like an older channel has more authority and will rank better than a new channel generally speaking.

Bro, I feel your pain. Youtube is a kinda alchemy nowadays. He might get boosted from another channel, maybe he uploaded his video to Reddit and it just has blown up. Youtube has so many factors to success nowadays and I think that's kinda impossible to grow a channel if you don't know the exact methods. It's disgusting. I made a new channel and I spend about 5-6 hours making a new video (good quality, own voiceover, script, etc) and I'm still getting no views after 2-3 weeks and 6 videos uploaded. I know it's demotivating when you spend so much time on that and still 0 views. I will probably give it a try until 30 videos uploaded and if it won't receive any organic views I will stop doing Youtube.

They are just forcing new users to use adword.

I will give it a try as well but I don't think that it helps something. We will see.
I got 1000+ views my cpc was 0.12 . Maybe when you get more views your videos will get boost so that means you have to spent a bit. But i think its better than smm panel because almost many smm panel are almost same as we spent on adword.

Well obviously if you're a new youtuber your videos won't get recommended anywhere, so if you don't rank for terms that bring in traffic, you are not getting views.
If your account is fresh and you upload alot or use shady practices (eg. keyword stuffing in your video description), your channel might get ghosted.

I doubt that YT blacklist IP to get away from traffic. They are interested in selling ads, so you have to work to promote your channel. G and YT usually blacklist IPs to block mass account accounts and/or automatic requests.
Oh ok thanks for the help

Well so is there any way to promote videos except adwords? You are basically saying there is no way how new youtubers can get views.

Just use Youtube SEO for new Channel, when You get more subs, channel will NATURALLY Get organic views, then Your channel's authority will rising. FYI: Channel get more Value on Youtube, because many factors, one of them is: Audience Retention or Engagement.

The more Viewer stay long on Your videos, the More Youtube like it. Then, Your videos will be Recommended to everyone, so on and so on.

So, before You thing too far. Ask, Do i fell confidence that My video will engage anyone who watch My Video?

Upload Your 1 to 5th videos, put Good Title, and SHARE on Social Media. Then, SEE THE DATA, especially the Audience Retention.

Just look the pattern, what kind of video that People like from Your channel, and just copy and paste that Video Style, on and on.

That's How i raised my 800K Subs Channel.

Hope it helps. :)

Thanks for your tips and good inspiration!

I'm struggling a lot in getting the first viewers. I spend a lot of time making and editing videos, doing keyword research, customize thumbnails, etc. I'm uploading 2 videos per week (Monday and Wednesday) and after upload, I share videos on all my social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Reddit) but since I don't have an audience on these platforms I still don't get any views. I think my videos are quality and give viewers knowledge (added value), but I can't get any retention to being recommended when no one is watching my videos. I feel like I'm going in a circle (I need retention and CTR, but for that, I need someone to watch my videos). I feel like the only way is to start an AdWords advertisement.

bro from your previous posts, it is evident that u just recently started yt and u r still testing.

what are you expecting?
do you expect every new channel to just explode and get views? just like that?

in that case all youtubers will be rich and no one needs a job.
only a few people with good content and probably months or years of grinding usually make it.

and the other guys that make it quick is blackhat methods.

dont expect any random video to just blow up organically. remember everyone is trying the same things as you are. there are over 2B google users.

yt is a patience game. lot of grinding, testing and learning required.
