Hi guys,

So YouTube banned me for spam, deceptive practices and scams policy and i appealed via the appeal form and on X but they wouldn't give me my account back. This was right when my channel started going viral, i got over 300 subs in 2 hours. So i wanna try do this again, because i think they banned me because of some blackhat thing someone else did with my Google Adsense account like 8 years ago.

So my question is, since i cannot create a new account on my PC or Phone as they will know its me, what are my best options?

Create an new account on a VPS Server and run it from there? or Use another phone and create an account on that using a proxy?

Im thinking the VPS may be the safest bet, but what do you guys think?

In my opinion, creating an account on VPS with a clean IP is safer than using a phone. Remember to create a new Google account and create a channel slowly, avoid doing it too quickly

Its definitely going to work but remember it should have clean ip and not the ghosted one .
Get the vps from a reputable company or seller and not the cheap pne

Are you speaking from personal experience or just making assumptions?

Because when a few of my channels got banned, I simply bought new ones and kept using the exact same PC and IP. No issues at all. They've been doing fine.

The ban was about 1.5 years ago though.

phones are more trusted though, use old email on another phone to make a YouTube account and get every accompanying account on phone, then move to VPS

That's rough. Try a new phone plus proxy. Make sure you reset everything, use a fresh SIM, and a clean proxy. Don’t link anything from your old setup, that’s how they catch you.

Bro just ask a trusted friend or family member to create a new Google account and channel from their device and network. They can add you as a manager later, so you stay off YouTube’s radar at the start.

Thanks, that's what i thought too, its less of a setup to get going as well. Coz with mobile, its getting proxies, new sim, new phone and new internet. Such a mission!

Use a new device and create new gmail. Possible get a new internet connection aa well. Leave no traces.
Yeah everyone says this way, but it is a mission and cant really get new internet either where i live, i have 1 ISP here. Unless i go full mobile data which can be expensive.

That's good to know, didn't know about ghosted IP's how would i know if its ghosted? Thanks!

Well that's because in the email YouTube sent they said, "We have permanently removed your channel from YouTube. Going forward, you won't be able to access, possess, or create any other YouTube channels." And they also banned 2 more of my channels on the same account straight afterwards. And from what I've read everywhere YouTube can trace it all back to me. I guess it also depends on how sever the ban is though, but i don't want to take any chances to be honest, i wanna get it right from the first try this time. Thanks!

If i may ask, why are phones more trusted? Also worried though if i move later to VPS then im going to be bouncing IP addresses from phone to VPS and wont that cause issues? Thanks!

Yeah, I'm hoping to avoid that setup, as it can be pricey and if your proxy isn't clean then it can also be issues. But i may try this concurrently with the VPS setup running another channel to see which way works best. Thanks!

That's also not a bad idea, thanks will consider trying this too.

Yeah, Youtube’s systems can be cutthroat about old baggage, no matter how long ago it was. Based on my experience, the ideal path is actually a combo: brand new + resi + fresh everything.

And it’s not difficult with Google: Go grab some burner Android phone, or a wiped laptop, you’ve never used it for Google then hook it up to a residential proxy and create a completely fresh Google account, with no connecting trails. Not your name, not your usual email address, not your normal phone, a completely new credit card if you need one. And force it to only run on that device/proxy combo.

A vps can work as a short-term solution, but Google frequently pulls datacenter ips, and once they see your patterns in your content or even your voice, game over! Honestly though, tread carefully. If they can connect any activity to the banned account, you’ve got a new account banned. I have seen people re-banned weeks later, and it’s spirit crushing.

The best way is to use a new device, but if not, you can try using a fingerprint browser and binding a proxy, which will make it difficult for the platform to track you.

My channels were banned, but I created new channels from a new device and they haven't banned me yet. Do you think they'll ban me again? I have the same problem as the guy. They banned me for spam, but I thought if I created more channels they would ban them, and so far they haven't banned them

Yeah, I got the exact same email back then too. Tried with different Gmail accounts and it worked just fine. But yeah, better be safe than sorry.

Good luck!

As I mentioned earlier, in my case, YouTube didn’t seem to care at all. They never banned the channels I bought, nor the ones I created with new Gmail accounts, even though I used the same device and IP.

I actually have several big channels that the algorithm clearly favors, so I haven't noticed any negative impact.

That said, my last ban was about 1.5 years ago, so it’s possible their approach has changed since then.

Thank you, For now I will keep trying and hope to be lucky and not get banned

Did you post a lot of video all of sudden ? This may trigger YT alghorithm and also try usiing residential or mobile proxy

Hey there that's a tough situation especially hitting a viral moment and then getting shut down. It sounds frustrating. Trying to circumvent a ban is always tricky and YouTube's detection systems are pretty sophisticated. While a VPS might seem like a good option consider its long-term sustainability. Will YouTube eventually connect the dots? Using another phone with a proxy also comes with risks. Proxies can sometimes be flagged. You could explore researching YouTube's specific policies again. Maybe there is something you overlooked or a different way to present your case. Think about the content you're creating too. Is there any way to adapt it to be completely above board? Good luck navigating this.

Use a clean VPS with fresh IP and new Google credentials—it’s the safest way to avoid detection and start fresh.

Just create a new account on the VPS server and the anti-detection browser—that's all you need
