Youtube ban and phone verification

Does youtube also ban accounts that were created using the same phone number for verification but different ip's? For example, let's say I created account 1 with proxy 1 and account 2 with proxy 2, but I used the same phone number to verify them. If I spam with account 1 and it get's banned, should I expect account 2 to get banned too because of the phone link? (in the example, let's assume that I didn't do any sort of spamming with account 2)
What's your experience with this?

never been banned? cant you use a fake or another mobile phone number or do you have to answer the message or somthing?

in the u.k we dont need to use a cell verification can you use a u.k proxy?

I tried with different countries proxies and it asks me to phone verify with a voice call most of the time. I'll try with a uk proxy, thanks for the tip.

I have noticed that if you make accounts through google chrome with yahoo emails it will not ask you for phone verification. I'm in the USA to which may also help.

may be thats what it is? because im using chrome also i only get asked for cell verification if i make more than a few accounts per hour or make a mistake x amount of times i make 2 accounts per hour on the same i.p with no problems using chrome.
