I find it easier to rank YT videos with manual high PR Drupal links. Just make sure that the OBL link is below 90 otherwise you'll have less than 24 hours before your comment gets pushed to the 2nd page.

Can you please explain what's a drupal link? Google gives me so random info about it! Thanks
 
You could use any available tool, but combine that with some manual backlinks including blog comments, profiles etc on good PR domains.
 
You can buy Senuke XCR, You can buy Scrapebox (which is only $57) and it comes with a manual blog commenter, rapid indexer, it finds blogs for your to put your link on, sorts them by PR, ********/nofollow in the addon section. Both are very good for youtube.
