You have a lot of learning to do mate, all the answers to your questions can be found.. found the same way that i and everyone else had to find them. Google and the search box here are your friends.
I do, I do really think I have a lot of learning to do. Is there any other seo tools other than xrumer that you could suggest? At the moment I am not ready to invest 650$.

Search the d/l section for the pdf call youtube ranking system. That one will really help you out.
Order views from a service here like big buddys. I just ordered 20k with high retention rate.
Then go to Fiverr, and order custom comments, social bookmarking links, wiki, and .edu links. Ping your video with Pingler. And ping all of your links.
