I'd like some software recommendations...

ineed something that can create hundreds of youtube accounts. I also need something that can create unique videos by using 1 base video. I also would like something that can utilize the hundreds of accounts and submit unique videos easily...

Suggestions?

Not really a suggestion, more the opposite, but I have Tube Automator and can't get it to increase views anymore on YT Video's.

You should use indians-in-a-box.

I'm pretty sure you can find a nulled version over on a freelancer site.

(no offense to indians)
