In what way would it determine the growth of the future videos being posted? I can't understand what it would actually provide the user with based on that description.

I don't think the kind of views predictions that you can generate today would be very useful to most YouTube marketers with some experience, on it's own it probably wouldn't even get much use if it was free in my opinion. I think there are better, more valuable tools that you could spend your time developing
