Youtube Automation Expert Needed

I already have a monetized YT channel, a team of VAs to create the videos, and are uploading videos once a day.

Aside from the usual SEO, sharing across socials, typical white hat methods, I am looking for a "mentor" to guide me through successful methods to fast track my Youtube Channel growth.

One thing I'm looking to stay away from is low quality SMM panels.

If it's blackhat methods, I want to hear about it. If it's private methods, I'm willing to pay top dollar for it.

I know method about keywords will grow your audience.
