Tube Automator uses multiple accounts that post in sequence and in case one account gets captchad, that particular account isnt used for 10 minutes( which currently is the time for which youtube shows you the captcha, if you wait for 10 mins and try again it wont whos you the captcha till another 4 comments are posted)
So if a situation occurs where all accounts are captchad the application "sleeps" for "x" minutes and continues in this fashion. So in short even though it doesn't technically bypass the captcha it still is a set and forget app as it doesn't require your intervention like other youtube software.
