    Please note I am at very tight budget, and am ready to exchange it with the yahoo answers script. You can find a demo of which on

    hxxp://findanswershere.info/

    anybody willing to post youtube api script with setup instructions and a possible demo ?? I can set up yahoo answers script for this forum also. The basic requirement is linux server and php sql for this script, thats it !

    Hello,

    Thank you for your help extended, I am a newbie to php, but can follow and setup like a pro on advise. Yesterday I made php for youtube api based on keyword from the ibm website which is given by you, the keyword search appeared on my website, but when I entered keyword and pressed the search button, nothing appeared as given in ibm website. I suppose this is a problem with .htaccess file and modrewrite, but I don't know what to write there. As I faced similar problem with yahoo answers script.

    I do not have a .htaccess file in the youtube folder. What do I do next, please advise.

    Any help would be highly appreciated.

    F*ck!ng Outstanding resource.
    I'm gonna implement that in my site this weekend.

    Do you (or anybody else) by any chance have any links that will give me insight on how to parse and display amazon rss feeds into my website, not blog, (depending on keyword i supply).

    Thank you.

    I recommend you keep it VERY simple and start off like this:

    /// youtube variables.
    $youtubedeveloperid = ' your developer id here '
    $youtubedeveloperpw = ' your developer key here '

    If you contain it within the standard table tags, you should be fine for positioning it anywhere you want it to display.

    You won't find the htaccess file in the api due to it not having one. It is an api, not a complete script. You can learn how to generate that form and many others by simply playing around with free templates and doing a little research on the topic.

    In building your own templates, I highly recommend that you keep it simple and practice building function, configuration and htaccess files for your primary source of ' alteration ' within the overall scripts. This will make your task easy to manage color, header/footer images, as well as nav. menu sections mirroring throughout the site.

    In working with api code, remember that it is simply a direct line to the source site. It isn't rocket science.
