YouTube Annotation CTR Question?

I have uploaded some entertainment clips into my YouTube partner account and have added annotation link to my own website in each video. A particular video has received 500 total views in 2days . When I checked the annotation CTR of that video in YouTube analytics , it shows 9.26 which is pretty decent. I have enabled statcounter in my website. So when I cross checked the data in my Statcounter , ittells different story.As per statcounter data I have received just 2 visits from that particular video.So if it is really 9.26 CTR as per YouTube , it should be somewhere around 45 visits from that particular video. I am little bit confused, Could anyone please let me know some details about this..
