You will earn only if those videos get natural views in future also. Even if you are monetised with fake views, no earning if you cannot get original views on main channel.

Yes is possible. As long as your content is okay for monetization guideline and you have 4000 hours, you will be normally approved. But some watch hours providers keep dropping so that could be the only problem you face
