Youtube and popup promotion

I think it is not BOT traffic because there is no BOT Visitor who is logged in into youtube account

There is no way to do that, only with the channel ID.

I'm actually not a huge fan of the pop-up though if you're looking to build an audience that really likes your stuff long-term. Because a lot of people will end up subscribing without really wanting to and then over time the value of the subscriber can actually be less than zero, kind of like how those Facebook pages with millions of fake likes get practically zero engagement when they post.
