So over the years I have gotten accounts deleted and vids locked.

I am ready to market again on youtube. Questions.

When you create an account with IP abc and then edit your vids and upload with IP abc then obviously youtube knows all this and can quickly ban the IP.

But Can you create an account with IP xyz and then upload and edit with IP abc?

My question basically is does youtube really watch the IP that was used to first join the site or does it mainy look at the IP from all activity such as uploading and editing?

I am ready to promote and need many accounts that are not linked with same IP.

Thanks!

From the experience I've had creating YT accounts for others, it's at the outset where IP matters, you should try to create accounts on different IPs where possible, and clear cookies/close the browser between each one created. After that, however, you can enter accounts and upload to them rather freely. Absent a shared IP at the time of their creation, it seems YT closes accounts individually based uploading activity it opposes.

when you create accounts - use different ip's
when you upload through web-browser - use different ip's
when you even log in trhough browser and web-based applications - use different ip's

recently i tried to change description on my 800 accs from one ip. after 6-8 hours they were all banned, new, and even 4-month old
