youtube and gamemusic

so i like to play game music and i saw that they have a lot of views and a person name GilvaSunner have a lot of songs on YouTube so i tried it my self i took a song from ocarina of time and uploaded it. and then nintendo no surprise they did so they get all the earnings from the video. so i wonder can i file a dispute or is there a way to make it so youtube dont reconice the game music

yea i know it its nintendo but many other do it . just wondering how they do it without getting copyright
