Youtube and Adsense question

I have a YT account in good standing with my adsense account linked to it. I'm rather new to this, so I have a quick question I would like to ask. As far as I know, the only way to keep uploading videos that I can promote adsense with HAVE to contain public domain content, otherwise YT will yank them for copyright infringement.

Could anyone please share if there are other types of media to upload with YT pulling them for copyright? Or do I have to stick with public domain?
