Youtube don't ban videos with adfly links on the description. They ban videos with blackhat niches such as movies downloads yet for the ban to come it is necessary someone to report you first.
Be sure to give what people are looking for (don't put links that lead to nowhere) and you are a step ahead of having your video stay alive for longer time.
I am using link shorteners on youtube and believe me, you can earn more than 10$ per day easily. You just need a plan and a good niche or several. The strategy I'm using is to upload lots of videos, and I already had a day which I earned 9$. And the best part is, it is all autopilot.

Adfly is a waste of time. Search for other methods.
Maybe try something like niche video's -> website -(adfly)-> related content + affiliate links.
I imagine after going from youtube to your site if they see a related blogpost with hot title eg.(xxxhotfreenudes) click it through an adfly link pointing internally to a soft sell blog post with affiliate links.
