hi there,

i have again a problem.
i created an own video and uploaded it on youtube so there is no copyright violation!
but if only one user flag it as spam youtube deletes the video with the reason, that i "violated YouTube's Terms of Service" ... the video is just promotion for my page!

what can i do?

in the past the same video had over 100.000 clicks (real traffic) but then someone said i stole the video from him and youtube delete it because of copyright violation ... i just used the copyright complaint form from youtube (youtube.com/copyright_complaint_form) with fake name and so on ... to cut a long story short i just changed my video a little bit and uploaded it again but there is the problem ... :(

hope its comprehensible and someone can help me =)

how do you wanna know its just 1 person flagging you? you should change the settings of the video as much as you can and if you use the same title for example of course its easy to find you and delete your accounts.

i tested a lot of things .. target and untarget title / description / tags and so on... with links in the description and without .... with waiting one week or just one day ... it also worked for 3 times of 100 lol.. but then an idiot always stole my video, someone flaged his video and youtube deleted both ... often when i tested all that different settings i asked a friend for flaging my video just for testing

I've been noticing that youtube has been deleting videos for me as well. but i know why they are doing it. They want users to actually share real value and content not selling your products!

So there's a way to get all of your videos to stay up there and never get deleted

Its got something to do with how your advertise with your video. Certain keywords are a no-no, and over advetising will get it taken down. I got an account banned which had mainly make money online, home businesses type videos and keywords on. There is a thread on here somewhere explaining this, something like "youtube kills home bsuinesses" or something.

this one?

Thanks for this info, will proceed to look for the discussion further... :albertein
