I will check this thread tomorrow, and I will base my decision on the votes. I think Adminica is a clear winner, but not quite sure about the WordPress theme itself.

I just saw this topic and I haven't read all posts, but please tell me what will be with YouToob after you release this?
 
YouToob definitely needs an update for sure. Doesn't decaptcha any more... :(
 
SpK, when are you going to update YouToob? Mass Friend Adder and Comment rater need to be fixed.
 
I would say Adminica and Envisioned for the website theme.

Great work! I hope you can take some time to update youtoob too as it needs some slight updates with the latest yt changes
