simply put, panels will get you views, likes, and a 50/50 possible ban ,
 
Suggested views not real, doing with farm, getting referrer from right side.

No, ban is not possible these day, if a lot of people want to kill a channel, they will just buy a lot of fake views with low retenion rate, that's not simple as that, and we have contact support if something like that happens, the only ban possible nowaday is adsense ban when someone spend months to click your ads, try to be a real human

Yes, you can buy views. But only buy from a trusted panel which everyone trusts.
 
Buying views from BF, suggest source are simply killing the video because it has no impression

They have the resources to find out if you are buying views from somewhere. So focus on real organic growth.

Depends on what you want to use it form like if you want to reach criteria for monetization , it might work in some cases.
