is legal for youtube to buy real views from smm panel?

Those are fake views not real users so it's illegal but as soon as you know what you are doing you will be okay. I have been using SMM PANELS for a long time without any issues.

No money can be made bot views on YouTube. Use botted views to boost your videos exposure, and that is how you use it.

Money can be made though it , it's just the provider who decides to disable it.

I think smm panel is safe if you are good at choosing it, i have been doing transactions on smm panel for a long time, yes that's what i know, because in each of our orders, there must be a purchase description

Most of the smm panels sell fake views. But if you can find one panel with good reviews and real views, stick to it.

Don't Do it! unless someone is willing to explain the best SMM PANEL to use and walk you through the process.
I would avoid SMM PANELS
soon as the purchase is over... the algorithm will deem ur account "BAD" and you'll be shadowbanned.
you'll wonder why your next 20 videos only average 10 views or 17 views and flatline.
Youtube will promise you that they don't shadowban you!
and tell you they see nothing wrong and then send you articles will vague tips and tools to help be a better creator
