Is it helpfull to buy old age acount of like 2012-2013 ? Does it help to get more views to videos ?

I have old Gmail, YT accounts from 2010-2011 but don't see any improve at rankings at YT compared to new accounts. CTR, views, users engagement is most important in my opinion
