Youtube Advice Needed Please

I want to comment on someone else youtube video
either video comment or text comment , and then for
my comment to stick on top i would like to give my
comment say 1000+ youtube likes and/or g+ or facebook likes.
now i know youlikehits[dot]com , addmefast[dot]com ,
vagex[dot]com can be used to give likes to videos can they be used
to give likes to comments also , if yes how , else what other options do i have
apart from fiverr.

U2bviews has a comment rating feature. Not tryed it before, but worth a go!
