Youtube Advertising Traffic

Hey guys,

I recently started my 2nd youtube channel and in the last 4 days, I started to gain a bit of traction. A few hours ago, I thought my videos blew up but instead, the traffic came from YouTube Advertising. As you may or may not know, this can be a quick way to destroy small channels. My question to you IS ANYTHING I COULD DO to block that person to use my videos as Ads on youtube? I mean after this "promotion" my organic growth went -10x. Please help me, youtube gurus.

YouTube is owned by Google. So, perhaps, contact YouTube support and inform them that the Google Ads video promotions being done with your YouTube videos are not done by you, nor authorized by you. I have a feeling they will be able to do something about it.

I guess I didn't explain it well. He is buying YouTube Advertising and redirecting that to my youtube videos this way lowering the Retention.
 
I don't understand very well, does he use your videos for ads? And what does he gain from that, only harm you?

Your channel can recover, set the videos to private, and upload fresh content. It's also worth noting that it can be a false flag that the content's being used as advertisements. Unlist them for now to be sure as another folk in here said.

There's no way to avoid it because your videos will always remain public
