Hello, Youtube said in their blog regarding the new changes

Strengthening advertiser controls for video and display ads: In the coming weeks, we will add new advertiser controls that make it easier for brands to exclude higher risk content and fine-tune where they want their ads to appear

Is there a way to have a look on an advertiser dashboard I would like to see what options they have.

edit: I know there is adwords but bigger advertisers surely have more options right?
