I have the same question and the same problem..
I have 2 strikes on two different channels - both channels are under 1.1 g00gle account.
Monetization is disabled on both of them.
What if I receive 1 strike on g00gle account no. 2 ?
Are all strikes counted on one g00gle account or on multiple ? Then how do they know they are owned by the same person ? Through the adsense ? Do youtube ban-people check also adsense which is entirely different branch in google empire ?

I'm checking my old emails now, and I found out that I had 3 strikes on one channel which was suspended. It was January 6, 2015 In the 2014 December I received 2 strikes, 3rd was on January 6, but I was OK until 2015 October... This is very strange how this system works, very mysterious...
