Youtube Adsense earnings are never accurate?

Does anyone know why estimated AdSense earnings from Youtube hosted content is never accurate?

Month after month my Youtube Analytics says I earned one amount and my AdSense account says I earned another, but my finalized earnings are always almost exactly half way between the two. This only happens with hosted content, regular content earnings are only off by a few cents from the estimates.

I got the same problem.... its more guessing that having a real amount.. pretty shady for such a big company like google to not show the real earings.

youtube shows how much you actually earned....adsense shows you, how much you will get paid....google gives you between 55% and 90% of what you earn

blackcat, agreed, I've never understood why they haven't fixed this bug.

conglica, that's not what's happening with my account. Last month Youtube said I earned $25. AdSense said I earned $42. But I got paid $34.

It may be just different ways of estimation, neither intended to be final

there bunch a scammers thats why .... the more views i get the lower earnings i get i started with 1 k views 2 dollars now i get 7k views with earnings 1 dollar lol
