Youtube ads CPC is Very low

I have been working on youtube since a year ago and my cpc was .05 to .07 that was ok for me but from the previous month my adsense cpc is quite low now my cpc .01 -.02Cents can any one guide me what i have to do my video contents are remain same please tell me and help me what i have to do ...waiting for your guidance ...

and also my click ratio also down now i m getting 15 click on every 1000 views and my earning is near about .27-.32 cents please help me...what i have to do my major viewers are from the india country..
