youtube additional review does this mean they will never response again?
youtube in their last message said my channel will be held in additional review
but i think they took much time ... will they really reply again? i think if they told me since then that my channel is not approved that would be more better but they encourage me to put more content and to wait when i don't even know will they reply again or not

any one has similr situation?
what is your experience about it?

I am in similar situation, they marked my account for aditional review about 1 month ago and still no response.

have an account waiting for 9 months lol. check on google support forum they never answer.
 
keep sending them msgs every few weeks, they should respond

How can you send message to Youtube? I never find an email to them, only their product forum or social media. Twitter was the only place where they ever responded to me, but they did not tell me anything helpful, they just linked me to their term and services.

Right now i have 25k subs and 10 millions views, i really do not want to start over, so i hope there is some solution to this.
 
Yeah 99.9% chances are that you wont get a reply so best would be to move on and look into other options.
Feel yourself extremely lucky if you get one besides currently they are very much active over Twitter so maybe try reaching out to them over it and maybe you can find a luck.
 
i don't know why youtube treat people like this besides treating them like thieves and violators they just let people to wait forever encouraging them to add more content instead of telling them clearly you are not approved for adsense they follow another crap strategy to encourage people to upload more content in the hope that some day they will get approved for adsense so youtube can continue to make money out of those youtubers effort and those people's time and efforts will be for no thing ... i thought to buy a monetized channel but i dropped the idea since there is no guarantee this channel won't be banned

youtube will not tell you any thing because it seems that is what they want they want to let wait forever uploading more content hoping to get approved for adsense so they can continue making money out of your efforts because if they told you that you are not approved you will stop uploading videos immediately

I just got approved for monetization after being in "additional review" from january. But i had to delete or fix all my videos that were not 100% according youtube TOS.. So if you are in additional review, youtube is really still reviewing your channel, you just have to make some changes..

the problem is that all my content is slideshow content i don't appear in my videos and i will never ... youtube is making crazy changes to their rules
 
YouTube is getting more strict with only accepting certain type of channels that produce original content. They no longer monetize channels with robot voices reading text, etc. And I can easily see them taking this concept further and blocking monetization for channels they don't feel like are producing high-quality, original content. Like you can't just put some pictures together with some background music and call that high-quality. It's all subjective though.

i am playing games and uploaded that videos or live streaming without voice over and webcam. ı didnt get approval.
now ı bought hd webcam and ı am trying with webcam and microphone. lets see what happens.

Its 50/50 - i show my face in half of them and half of them are just video compilations with my voice over. I think it is okay to make slideshow / compilation of other videos and clips but you must add some kind of value into it (for example original commentary).
