I "heard" about a dude who is using 4g proxies to navigate his own videos on youtube and sometimes clicks on the ads and he's making some money with it... is it possible?? I think google is smarter to be scammed like this , I think this dude is a liar, what do you think?

Some people do that, but ofcourse by using techniques. If over done, then it could result in a problem. However, it is better not to do it. With the way various algorithms are nowadays, it is better to stay safe and think long term.

Thank you for your reply , I still think he s a liar beacause he told my friend tha hr s making 3000$ monthly with it

US$3000 with that ? It is a lie, as nowadays various algorithms are quite advanced. Moreover that may result in both the YouTube channel and AdSense account getting screwed.

Youtube AD click is an excellent option and you can make an extra $.
Big CPM niche can make big money because it is a REF link in ads.
 
These type of tricks will never work in long run. Do not try to fool google, it is one of the smartest companies in the world.
 
The amount of clicking by 1 dude to create that much would be insane. Even though forbidden, yt doesn't give a shit if u click 50 times on ur ads 4 2 reasons; 1 ur looking at ads which is what they want and not bots and; 2 fifty clicks on an ad represents nothing.
Imagine u need to click 2k times to earn 50$ - 80$? Jesus! Get a newspaper route!
 
There are ways to trick/hack YouTube but - like, creating playlists and changing them often and having your friends and family play them on their devices and so on - but, YouTube "sort" of recommends you doing it - they want you to go to social media and spread the word. Just like the old singing contest the one who had the biggest gang had the most claps and the needle went higher.
If you are looking for some kind of technological miracle way to cheat the system - remember 2 things... 1 you are on their turf - they have the advantage and 2 this is their job to filter out cheater and the tools they have is quasi-unlimited funds.
There has been a lot of books on how to select the winning lottery numbers and not one of them works.
If one of them worked - you think the guy would sell it?
