Only one adsense account is allowed per person.
If there is copyright claims your video will be removed and your account may be banned.

1-yes one number= two sms, two voice verification=4 account
2- i dont get it? if you ask multi yt channel on 1 adsense answer is yes.
3- one strike=video remove, 3 strike=channel delete
if you have a web adsense dont connect your yt channels it. create another adsense and never create a channel with your adsense gmail.

You can only have one account for adsence from Google,That the idea anyway your suppose to add bank details to that one account and real info to the one account know that becomes your master account, from there your suppose to open other accounts that Google own as well(like adware), but like me, i don't use nothing else except the adsense account to get clicks for money.
You then need to look at adsence, and really study what does what and what goes where.
Then become a master in adsence.
With accounts it works like this, HACK, It's possible to have x amount of accounts if you got the proxys,mobile numbers,bank accounts,address,and time.
Every time you go on Google you need to have a fresh ip to create a new Google account, Then using that ip create a new adsense account, but remember using that account you must use the ip you ceated that account with only.
So your need new ip's to create accounts.
then new mobile numbers to auth the accounts.
then new bank accounts to verify you and your money,
and new address to verify you.
If you got that all going you can have as many accounts as needed.
the truth is because Google so large the big G having the master account can let you have more accounts within it.
Google's adsense is amazing like i said your need to read and watch loads of vids to master all the functions.
