youtube accounts with domain email forwarding?

I want to offer subscribe / comment/video rating for Youtube so i will need a few 100 accounts. I already have an account creator but no emails so i bought a 2.99/year .info domain and set an catch-all email forwarding to one of my email accounts.

I don't plan on using the accounts for comment spamming or porn etc. uploading so they probably won't be banned.

Will Google/Youtube get suspicious when i register 100s of accounts with the same email domain ending?
