youtube accounts do they last?

Well I have been hearing about yt accounts dying out if not getting logged into in a certain amount of time..is this true? It doesnt make much sense for average users to get locked out if they have not logged in...although I could easily see something implemented to see if you have actually used the account or just created it....

Here is a thing it depends how you create your accounts after the implmentation of Sms verfication things have gone bad (security) most of the accounts you make they get flagged as SPAM bots and later on get disabled.Right now am working on how to make Quality Accounts and i have been good so for so it just depends how you use those accounts and how were they created
