Youtube accounts are getting banned very early.......?????

Fellow Blackhatters,
This has become a very big problem for me. I create Youtube account and PVA them, I do it with using proxies and also I never use any bots for that all are perfectly hand made. but still my accounts are going dead in less than 24 hours.
Im really very much annoyed with this problem. So can anybody help me on this matter so as to how to maintain YT accounts and make the last longer..?
A Help Will be really appreciated and If the help works then Ill give the person 10 of my PVA YT accounts and +rep and Thanks Too.

Well!! dont use proxies to start with

using the proxies to make an account and opening it with different ip address,bans the account really quick

@shaunaalen Well Mate if i create them from the single ip
I mean if i dont use proxies will they last a bit long

What kind of proxies do you use? dont forget to clean the cache on your pc.
