Youtube account

Hi mates! I am proud to be new member of BHW community. This forum offer so much... I am new to the IM world so please do not ignore or curse at me .
I was decide to start with some technique. Use youtube + PPD, at least i was mean to. I was creating yt account even if i have one already when i was creating gmail account. I was creating another one, because my technique included Black Hat method. I scraped 5 or 6 videos from yt that was created same day when i uploaded (technique from one guide here), but my chrome has settings for first yt account (which is linked with my main email, as i said before). So i login to yt probably on both accounts with same ip, but then i didn't know nothing for banning account if you login to couple from same IP adress. Anyway my account was banned 24h after. All that was 3 days ago. So i was frustrated and promise to myself that i will use White hat techniques on another yt account. My question is next: How can i create another yt account, without private proxy, because i don't have money to buy one? Basically i doing this to start earning i don't have anything, even not created mb or paypal account yet . I have proxifier, ccleaner (properly set to erase cookies from flash player), TOR, and much many security tools. I do not have VPN, but i can get one, legal or not .
Sorry for long post but i want to describe my situation and my IM moves to you "masters of the universe", and to listen what do you have to say, do you have some suggestion,
etc, etc...

Yep, use CCLeaner and erase all the cookies each time before you login on youtube account. This will protect you from all the youtube nastiness.

Thanks IMperial. Yes but how i will do it without private proxie? I will turn of my modem for one minute, and it will change my ip, but can i have some public (or private) proxi server for free? I know that yt will locate my ip adress... And one thing, i have couple of prepaid numbers that i will use when creating new gmail account...

you don't need proxies when you can change your IP by restarting modem...

out there has someone give u free good proxie from hma find out

Do you have a dynamic IP address?

Make sure to change your IP and delete flash cookies(better privacy FF addon) AND regular cookies before you log into EVERY account...this will ensure your accounts aren't linked and shut down...If you are going to reuse a proxy on another account please wait 48 hours before doing so...... YT has been very touchy lately so make sure to be extra careful to follow the guidelines...

Just use as possible as new virgin proxy and cleaner for cleaning the cookies..

That's you all need. if you need a cracked version of ccleaner then let me know.

You must also configure your ccleaner to remove flash cookies too. Follow this link (http://www.jkwebtalks.com/2010/02/setup-ccleaner-to-completely-remove.html) to learn how to do it. Its very easy.
