Youtube account suspended

Hi guys

i had an account with youtube and had some documentary and other alien stuff videos clips and dont some one was flagged my account i think and youtube suspended my youtube account and i have a problem i have created another youtube account and i have tried to link it with my adsense account after redirecting back to youtube i get this

the adsense account was link to my suspended youtube account,i have contacted them and they sent me email saying the account is not suspended WTF i have emailed them few times again no answer from them,does any one know how can link my adsense account or some how fix this issue i really need my adsense account link to my new channel,and before you ask yes i can access my adsense account but not youtube or link it to my new youtube account please help me guys dont know what to do.

what do you mean by that my new account is already verified account but the problem mentioned above is i cant link adsense account,monetization is enabled on my new account but its not linked to adsense account and my old adsense email is linked to the new gmail account i used to create new youtube account so in order to i get paid i have to link the youtube channel to my adsense account.
